Our Teambuilding & Leadership Workshops

In partnership with Faith Management Development Centre, Faith Music Centre offers creative teambuilding & leadership workshops locally and overseas. Conducted by experienced and qualified facilitators, our workshops are conducted through the use of music.

We do not believe a team can be normed and performed within one session, and a unique feature of our activities is that they can be conducted on an ongoing basis after the workshop session, so that bonds that were forged can continue to be built.

This workshop has two primary objectives for the participants:

1. Understanding the Forming & Norming process of a team by learning basic music instrument skills
2. Understanding the Storming & Performing process of a team by putting up up a music performance together.

Music Band

Participants will be taught basic playing techniques on various music instruments and play together as a music band. Music Instruments will be provided for participants. No prior music background is required. This workshop is suitable for small teams or departments.

Ukulele

Participants will be taught basic ukulele playing techniques and play together in an ensemble setting. Each participant will be given a ukulele. No prior music background is required. This workshop is suitable for small to medium sized teams or departments.

Percussion

Watch staff from an entire division or a whole organization work together moving in one rhythmic motion with percussion instruments, through this workshop. Music instruments will be provided to participants. No prior music background is required. This workshop is suitable for medium sized divisions to entire organizations.
